ILP provides a digital recruitment platform connecting healthcare professionals ("Candidates") with healthcare organisations ("Employers"). Our services include:

- Profile creation and CV upload
- Professional verification services
- Job matching and opportunity notifications
- Interview scheduling and management
- Document storage and sharing
2.2 For Employers
- Candidate search and filtering
- CV viewing and download
- Shortlist creation and management
- Interview scheduling tools
- Compliance documentation
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Candidate Requirements
To register as a Candidate, you must:
- Hold relevant professional qualifications for your healthcare role
- Possess valid registration with applicable regulatory bodies (NMC, GMC, HCPC, CORU, etc.)
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom or applicable jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain current professional registrations
NICE Guidelines Compliance
Candidates should be aware of relevant NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines applicable to their professional practice, including:
- NICE Guideline NG15: Antimicrobial stewardship
- NICE Guideline NG24: Blood transfusion guidelines
- NICE Guideline CG191: Pneumonia in adults diagnosis and management
- NICE Guideline SC1: Safe staffing for nursing in adult inpatient wards
3.2 Employer Requirements
To register as an Employer, you must:
- Be a legitimate healthcare organisation (NHS Trust, private hospital, care home, etc.)
- Hold appropriate regulatory approvals (CQC registration where applicable)
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Maintain accurate organisation details
CQC Compliance for UK Employers
UK-based Employers must ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, including:
- Registration requirements under the Health and Social Care Act 2008
- Fit and Proper Persons framework for directors
- Safe staffing and workforce requirements
- DBS checks for all staff handling vulnerable adults
4. Professional Conduct and Verification
4.1 Verification Services
ILP offers professional verification services including:
- NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration checks
- GMC (General Medical Council) registration verification
- HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration checks
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate verification
- Right to work verification (UKVI checks)
Regulatory Body Registration Standards
ILP verifies candidates against the following regulatory standards:
- NMC Code (2018): Professional standards of behaviour for nurses and midwives
- GMC Good Medical Practice: Standards for all doctors registered in the UK
- HCPC Standards: Standards of conduct, performance and ethics
- CQC Regulation 19: Fit and proper persons employed
- NHSCB Guidance: Employment checking and compliance
4.2 Candidate Responsibilities
As a Candidate, you agree to:
- Maintain current and accurate professional registrations
- Notify ILP immediately of any regulatory action or investigation
- Report any changes to your right to work status
- Provide accurate qualifications and employment history
- Respond promptly to verification requests
4.3 Employer Responsibilities
As an Employer, you agree to:
- Conduct your own due diligence beyond ILP verification
- Comply with all applicable employment and immigration laws
- Maintain appropriate DBS and reference checking procedures
- Provide fair and non-discriminatory recruitment practices
- Report any concerns about candidate conduct to relevant regulatory bodies
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Candidate Services
Basic Candidate services are provided free of charge. Premium services may be offered subject to additional terms.
5.2 Employer Fees
Employer fees are based on the selected subscription tier:
- Starter: Basic candidate search and shortlisting
- Professional: Enhanced search, CV downloads, and priority support
- Enterprise: Full service with dedicated account management

6. Intellectual Property
The ILP Platform, including all content, software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by International Legal Partners FZE-LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant ILP a licence to use it for platform operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Important Limitation
ILP acts as a recruitment platform and intermediary. We do not guarantee:
- Placement or employment outcomes
- Accuracy of third-party information
- Continuous availability of the platform
- Suitability of any particular candidate or position
ILP's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILP, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- False or misleading information provided by you
- Violations of applicable law or regulation
- Harm caused to third parties through your use of the Platform
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- By you: Deleting your account at any time
- By ILP: With 30 days' notice or immediately for breach
- Immediate termination: For fraudulent activity, regulatory violations, or illegal conduct
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Healthcare-Specific Regulations
Applicable Healthcare Regulations
Users operating in healthcare settings must comply with:
- Health and Social Care Act 2008: Regulated activities and CQC registration
- Care Act 2014: Adult safeguarding requirements
- Mental Capacity Act 2005: Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
- NHS Act 2006: NHS Commissioning Board regulations
- Data Security and Protection (DSPT): NHS data handling standards
- NICE Guidelines: Clinical best practice recommendations
12. Amendments
ILP reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and the Platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
